At Meowzoned, every product is made with love and attention to detail, every product is crafted with care, creativity, and a whole lot of cat-love. Many of our items are made-to-order or 3D-printed on demand, which means we take extra time to ensure each piece is as purr-fect as possible.

🚫 No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept any returns or offer refunds once a purchase is completed. All sales are final.

Shipping Timelines & Custom Deadlines

Our products might take a few extra days to dispatch, as many of them are custom-printed or handcrafted. While we try our best to ship as quickly as possible, please allow time for production before your order is shipped.

If you need your order by a specific date (like a birthday, event, or gift deadline), it is very important that you inform us at least 30 days in advance. You can do this by emailing us at support@meowzoned.com with your order details and the required delivery date.

Upon receiving your request, we’ll confirm whether we can meet the timeline or suggest alternatives. Please note that without prior communication, we cannot guarantee delivery by any specific date.


In Case of Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect (rare, but it can happen), please share an unboxing video of the package along with clear photos showing your order number to our Whatsapp number or E-mail within 48 hours of delivery.

We do not offer refunds, but we’ll review your case and do our best to provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or store credit.
