How to Order Your Custom Piece

Want to add a personal touch? Getting your own custom 3D printed item is easy! Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Share Your Idea
Fill out the request form below with your contact details and a clear description of what you're looking for. (e.g., "I'd like this planter in blue with the name 'Mittens' on it.")

Step 2: We'll Chat & Finalize
I will personally email you or message you on WhatsApp (whichever you prefer) to confirm your design. This is the perfect time to send any inspiration images or sketches you have!

Step 3: Get Your Custom Quote
Once we agree on the final design, I will give you a price quote for your unique piece.

Step 4: Receive Your Secure Payment Link
If you're happy with the quote, I will email you a secure, private invoice. This link will take you to our store's official checkout to pay safely, just like any other order.

Step 5: We Get Making!
As soon as your order is confirmed, I'll start the magic (and the 3D printer!) and get your one-of-a-kind item made and shipped to you.
